The Department of Water and Climate (HYDR) at VUB is a dynamic academic hub focused on advancing knowledge in hydrology, climate science, and sustainable water management. As part of the Faculty of Engineering, HYDR combines rigorous research, practical education, and meaningful collaborations to tackle today’s most pressing environmental challenges.
Founded in 1828, TU Dresden is one of the largest and most dynamic universities in Germany. The Department of Hydrosciences within the Faculty of Environmental Sciences focuses on risk management, resource protection, and sustainable water use. With 17 Faculties across five Schools, TUD offers a broad spectrum of research programs.
The University of Ljubljana is the oldest and largest university in Slovenia, with a strong tradition of interdisciplinary research and international collaboration. It contributes expertise in environmental sciences, urban planning, stakeholder engagement, and community-based approaches to sustainability.
